Kian Sadat

Kian Sadat is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ampira, where he leads product development, hardware engineering, and the company's overall technical direction. As an electrical and computer engineering student at the University of Arizona, he brings direct experience in biomedical hardware design, wireless systems, and embedded firmware to the company's mission.

At Ampira, Kian owns the device itself. Everything from the silicon and acoustics to the firmware that runs on it. His background gives the company a rare advantage in the hearing technology space: a founder who can architect, prototype, and ship the hardware in-house rather than outsourcing the most consequential parts of the product.

He is also a private pilot, flying Cessnas out of Tucson. The discipline of aviation informs his approach to engineering: precision is not optional, checklists are not bureaucracy, and good design should make a complex capability feel effortless to the person using it.
